About StoredClassics

Our Mission

StoredClassics exists to solve a genuine problem: storing a collector car well is harder than it looks. Owners need to understand climate, insurance, contract, access, and maintenance questions before deciding where a vehicle should sit.

We built StoredClassics to make that research easier. The site currently prioritizes owner education and state-by-state storage considerations while facility listings are held back until their public business details are source-verified.

What We Do

• →Publish practical storage research — We explain storage prep, climate control, insurance, battery maintenance, winter layup, and facility due diligence in plain language.
• →Make owner diligence easier — Browse storage questions by guide or state so you know what to verify before contacting any provider.
• →Verify before publishing — Facility submissions are reviewed for real business identity, public contact paths, source-backed claims, and policy-safe language before any public listing is added.

Who We Serve

StoredClassics is for anyone who stores — or wants to store — a vehicle they care about: vintage cars, muscle cars, European classics, post-war investments, or the weekend driver that deserves better than an outdoor parking space.

We also accept facility submissions, but only publish them after review. We would rather operate a smaller, cleaner resource than expose owners to unsupported names, placeholder contact details, or marketing claims we cannot stand behind.

Coverage

Our research coverage currently includes storage guidance across 26 state pages. Public facility listings are intentionally paused until each listing has verified business details. If you know of a facility that belongs here, let us know.
